Tongmei Enterprise and French company Inventec jointly showcased their immersive liquid cooling technology at COMPUTEX 2025, igniting the entire venue!

Highlighting top immersion cooling tech from COMPUTEX 2025, our solutions leverage high-dielectric solvents to solve AI heat challenges. Through parallel single and two-phase strategies, we reduce energy consumption and PUE, providing sustainable cooling for high-performance computing.

Hello tech enthusiasts and industry pioneers!

At the highly anticipated Taipei COMPUTEX 2025, Taiwan’s server solutions expert, Tong Mei Corporation , will once again deliver stunning innovations! This time, they are joining forces with French technology giant  Inventec to showcase a revolutionary cooling liquid solution tailored for AI servers.

With the explosive growth of AI applications, server computing power has skyrocketed, but the resulting heat dissipation challenges have become increasingly severe. Traditional air cooling methods are proving inadequate for high-density AI servers. To overcome this bottleneck, Tong Mei Corporation and Inventec have introduced a brand-new solution – Two-Phase Immersion Cooling !

The core of this technology lies in a special cooling liquid. At the exhibition, you will witness firsthand the unique features of this liquid: it is not only completely harmless to the environment and living organisms , but its powerful heat dissipation capabilities will also be directly demonstrated through the Two-Phase Immersion Cooling TANK demonstration !

Imagine that the server’s critical components are completely immersed in this special coolant. When the components generate heat, the liquid absorbs the heat and boils and vaporizes. The resulting vapor rises, condenses, and returns to the liquid, forming a highly efficient heat dissipation cycle. This direct-contact cooling method, compared to traditional air cooling, can remove heat more quickly and effectively, significantly improving the server’s performance and stability.

Even better, Tong Mei Corporations and Inventec emphasized the environmental friendliness of this coolant . Through the on-site demonstration, you could clearly see that this solvent, in a simulated environment, would not negatively impact aquatic life or other environmental factors . This means that while pursuing high-performance computing, we can also do our part for the planet.

A representative from Tong Mei Corporations confidently stated, “We are delighted to partner with Inventec to showcase this leading liquid cooling technology at COMPUTEX 2025. Two-Phase Immersion Cooling not only effectively solves the heat dissipation problem for AI servers, but its environmentally friendly characteristics also align with future technological development trends. We believe this will bring disruptive changes to the entire industry. Through our practical demonstration at COMPUTEX, we hope to let more people understand the potential of immersion cooling.”

Let’s explore the future trends of AI server cooling together at COMPUTEX 2025!
